Welcome to your Sprint Distance Dedications. I'm your host, Jeremy "Casey Kasem" Spitzberg.

In an effort to raise money and awareness for the Girls on the Run, I'm competing in the Solana Beach Triathlon and the Challenged Athletes Foundation's San Diego Triathlon Challenge.

In the spirit of American Top Forty and its "Long Distance Dedication", I'm offering you the chance to send a "Sprint Distance Dedication", in honor of the triathlon being a sprint distance race, to someone you love, miss, want to thank, or even anonymously tell to leave you alone already!
